Plan the actual workflow
Record the base and overhang of each assembly, any restraints and the handling equipment used to move it. Identify which items are awaiting integration and which are ready to ship. An irregular machine component may need different support or packaging before it belongs in a rack. Provide drawings or photographs without treating them as engineering approval.
Compare the storage arrangement
Compare pallet positions with floor staging or shelving only after the actual load support is understood. Include retrieval order and whether attachments are removed during storage. Ask qualified reviewers to assess the load and system combination; a standard bay size alone cannot settle suitability.
