Information you provide
Quote requests include your name, email, phone, optional company, city and province, selected rack type and project details. The form also includes the source page and any campaign parameters in the URL.
How we use information
We use these details to review your requirements, contact you and prepare or coordinate a quotation. Requests are processed on our WHC hosting service and sent to info@nicerack.ca. They may be shared with relevant service providers where needed to assess or fulfil your requested project.
Retention and safeguards
Enquiry correspondence is retained while needed for your project, business records and applicable obligations. We limit access to those handling the enquiry. Hashed email identifiers and, where configured, network identifiers are used to limit repeated form submissions. Counter files contain timestamps rather than enquiry content.
Your choices and questions
Contact info@nicerack.ca to ask about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information, or to withdraw consent for further contact, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. Do not include payment details or sensitive personal information in a quote request.
