Plan the actual workflow
List the room types rather than assuming one arrangement fits every room. Measure the usable space with doors, furniture and accessible routes in mind. If supports fold, identify where they are stored during cleaning and whether staff must carry them between floors. Record cleaning products and contact surfaces for assessment.
Compare the storage arrangement
Compare the open and folded dimensions of the proposed support. A visually compact fixture may still obstruct a door or wardrobe. Specify the luggage use separately from any linen or back-of-house shelving so those requirements are not blended into one generic capacity. Quantities and delivery arrangements need a room-by-room brief.
A useful brief for this project
- Room types and circulation
- Open and folded storage space
- Cleaning and movement between rooms
Planning question
Can one size serve every room?+
Only if its dimensions and use fit each layout. Include constrained rooms and the storage position in the review.
